Why its important to clean your Panels!

Using a Solar Panel Cleaning Pole will help increase energy production of your panels. As Dust, Dirt and Debris build up on the surface of your Solar Panels it can massively hinder performance, this occurs by blocking sunlight. Dirty Solar Panels can lose up to 30% (Almost a third of their capability) of power generation if not cleaned. This results in reduced light absorption, less power generation and increased operating temperatures as layers of dirt can act as an insulator. High temperatures can result in the wear/efficiency of components effecting their long-term lifespan. A Solar Panel Cleaning Brush can have many benefits for not just Energy Production, but also Solar Panel health and Longevity.

Areas with moderate to high levels of pollution & dust may require more frequent cleaning to ensure optimal energy output. The frequency of cleaning your panels varies depending on your solar panels, environment and surrounding area.
