What is the situation with Water Fed System installations?
We are taking bookings for Water Fed System installs, however, we cannot grant our customers access to our site due to social distancing measures. After delivering your van for install, customers will have to make plans to fill the time whilst waiting for our engineers to fit your system. Can I collect my order?
Customers can come to collect their orders by prior arrangement only, but social distancing must be practiced at all times.
What about deliveries for poles and other accessories?
The business is operating as usual, but customers will be notified if there are any delays on your orders.
How are we doing?
We are remaining positive! We are catching up daily using online video meetings to ensure we are providing a great service remotely. Hats off to our factory team who are doing a brilliant job fulfilling orders as quickly as possible.
