Brodex deals with several customers in the window cleaning industry. One of those is Krokus Window Cleaning Limited who operate out of Billingshurst, West Sussex.
Originally beginning under the name “Khameleon Window Cleaning”, Krokus started in 2009, aiming to fill a gap in their local market for a professional window cleaning service. For Krokus, choosing the right tools for the job were imperative, and after online research into Pure Water WFP companies, they came across Brodex.
Through learning this and understanding our customer, Brodex was able to build a package to suit Krokus’ requirements. “The team at Brodex was very helpful and enthusiastic. We first purchased a E650 RO system including Water Fed Poles and brushes to start our business.”

Since then, Krokus has experienced great amounts of success in and beyond their base of operations in Billingshurst. With a customer base that now expands daily into the surrounding areas, stretching from Horsham to Cranleigh, down to Haslemere, and back across to Cowfold, taking in many of the towns and villages in between. Krokus is ensuring they are leading players in the window cleaning industry.
Twelve years has passed since Krokus first became a partner with us. We asked them how the service has impacted their business. “It enabled us to get started and has proved reliable and robust.
